If learning Tap has been on your Bucket List...now is the time to check it off your list! Join us for a Beginning Tap class, perfect for anyone ready to try something new and for those wanting to dust off their old tap shoes and return to the dance floor.  Tap dancing is fun and a wonderful way to exercise and socialize while learning something new.  This class will teach you the basics of tap dance technique, music appreciation, and fun choreography that will have you tapping in no time!
Dance attire and tap shoes encouraged.  Bring a water bottle.


Adult Hip Hop

You're invited to our funky urban dance party!  Step by step instruction of basic hip hop techniques combined with your own freestyle builds fun routines and endurance!  Enjoy this full body workout to stylized music and the camaraderie that comes along with it.  You'll be bustin' a move in no time!  Wear athletic clothing and sneakers.  Bring a water bottle.

Adult Flamenco

Enjoy this introduction to classical Spanish music and folkloric dancing.  Class will feature rhythms, footwork, hand and arm movements, turns, and patterns of the beautiful Spanish Flamenco dance style!  Beginners welcome.  Character shoes and flamenco skirts encouraged.  O!
Dance attire encouraged including leotard and long flamenco skirt.  Character shoes are encouraged for the percussion effect of this beautiful and musical art form.  Bring a water bottle.  


Barre Fitness

Barre Inspired Workout including cardio, light weights, and muscle sculpting. Class designed with beginners in mind.  Prepare to sweat, tone muscles, and enjoy leaving class feeling like your muscles are elongated like a ballerina!
Athletic attire encouraged.  Ballet slippers or sneakers work great for footwear.  Bring a water bottle and mat.  


Yoga – Monday Morning Flow

Join us in the studio for a wonderful way to start your week! Flow with fellow beginners and returning yogis – all are welcome! Class will incorporate yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Improve balance, mobility, strength, and de-stress. Inhale peace, exhale tension. Bring a yoga mat and a yoga block.

Ballet and Stretch for Seniors

Join fellow older adults in learning and practicing the beautiful movements of classical ballet!  This class is an opportunity to improve mobility through graceful movements, increase flexibility through stretching, and improve posture with poise and style.  No experience necessary.  The class is non-competitive and we become great friends in the process.
